Help Line
The Help Line is another way to access help in challenging life
situations.
Experienced psychologist Michaela
Pacáková operates on a special phone line or email, and you can contact
her in urgent situations or if you wish to remain anonymous. The aim of the
service is to provide immediate assistance or to find out how the faculty can
help you at the moment.
How do I know when to call?
The topics of the calls vary, as every distress is different. Sometimes it concerns emotions and feelings, other times it involves relationship or academic issues. Anything that burdens you can be discussed here. Calling or writing is often easier than dealing with problems alone.
When can I call the Help Line?
The service is available every day of the week without time restrictions. Only one call can be processed at a time. If the psychologist is currently busy, she will get back to you as soon as possible. So, if you don't get through on your first attempt, don't worry, she will always reach out to you.
Do I have to provide my name?
Contact can be anonymous. Calls will not be recorded; only the caller's number will be displayed. Similarly, you don't have to sign your email or use an email address with your personal information.
Is there a charge for the call?
The consultation is provided free of charge, and you only pay for the call according to your operator's tariff.
