The Elections to the Academic Senate of Charles University and to the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics

The academic staff elects 2 senators to the Employees Chamber of the Academic Senate of Charles University for the period from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2026.
Students elect 2 senators to the Student Chamber of the Academic Senate of Charles University for the period from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2026..
The academic staff elects 16 senators to the Chamber of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University for the period from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2026.
Candidate proposals
Candidate proposals should be sent to the Chairman of the Election Commission by Tuesday 15 November 2022. Candidates can send election theses in Czech and English by the same date.

Election process
The elections will be held electronically.
Each member of the academic staff will have five ballots in the application. One ballot for the Academic Senate of Charles University election, in which up to two candidates can be elected. The remaining ballots will be for the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University. Up to six candidates will be possible to elect on the Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics candidate list. A maximum of two candidates may be elected on the Others candidate list.
Each student will have only one ballot in the application for the Academic Senate of Charles University election, in which up to two candidates can be elected.
Problems with the election application can be addressed to the email address of the Chairman of the Election Commission.
The official election results will be posted on Friday, November 25, 2022.
