Recognition of Foreign University Degrees and Studies
Recognition of foreign university degrees and studies, called nostrification, is based on a detailed assessment of the curriculum at that university or on the recognition of the educational level of a foreign university. The result of this process is a determination as to whether the education abroad is equivalent to the education provided in the Czech Republic.
From 1 January 2017, all applications for recognition of foreign university degrees and studies addressed to Charles University shall be submitted to the following address only:

A fee of CZK 3,000 is paid for the proceedings related to the request for recognition of foreign university degree.
