Note on habilitation thesis

In order to increase the quality of the habilitation procedure, the Scientific Board of the MFF UK considers it appropriate to involve foreign experts as opponents for the habilitation thesis. For this very reason, it is recommended that a habilitation thesis, and eventually a set of commentaries on the paper the thesis consists of is submitted in English.
