Associate Professor position in the Department of Low-Temperature Physics in the field of low-temperature physics with focus on superfluidity and quantum effects in cryogenic liquid helium.

ID of the position: 202011-AP3-KFNT

Working activities: Research and educational work in the field of low-temperature physics focused on study of flow in liquid helium, superfluidity and quantum turbulence.

Qualification requirements: Habilitation in the field of condensed matter physics, scientific expertise in low-temperature physics, cryogenic liquids, superfluidity and quantum turbulence. Strong publication record in impact journals in the relevant field is required. Teaching ability both in Czech and English language is expected.

Expected starting date is January 1, 2021, and it is negotiable.
