Czech Science Foundation
GACR (Czech Science Foundation) is the only institution in the Czech Republic that provides publicly funded, purpose-driven support for basic research projects. It funds scientific research for both established scientists and young, early-stage researchers through its announced programs.

Data Management Plan
- For projects starting in 2024, a DMP is mandatory.
- We recommend the following tool for processing DMPs FAIR Wizard UK (template Horizon Evrope)

Apply for change in the project
- Project extension/interruption of project implementation for 6 to 18 calendar months is possible. More information in Czech here: Orientačním průvodci mateřstvím a rodičovstvím.
- Transfers are possible between items in the basic composition of grant funds allocated to the recipient or another participant, up to a maximum of CZK 100,000 per year of the project, without the need to submit a request or conclude an amendment to the contract or a new decision on the provision of support.
