Dean’s Day – November 9, 2022
This year the traditional Dean’s Day is taking place on the 9th of November. The programme involves different forms of movements and exercises. Based on personal preferences, both teachers and students can choose from the traditional sports as well as from the modern ones, and from competitive to non-competitive variations.

JUDO
This course shows you the basics of judo under the supervision of a judo professional Mgr. Josef Brož. You will learn back-falls, rolls and basic techniques in standing positions as well as on the tatami.

| Program: | Concert dance 11:15 – 12:15 – a lesson focused on modern concert dance combining more than one dance style. When dancing, we will work with fluency and naturalness of movement and with the centre of gravity. We will try to empathize with music and discover new possibilities of movement during solo or contact improvisation. Part of the lesson is also floorwork – mastering movement on the ground. | Program: | Health exercises 12:30 – 13:30 – removes problems from one-sided strain and muscle imbalance. It moves the stiff body and strengthens the muscles needed for proper posture and balance. It counteracts the adverse effects of degenerative changes in the musculoskeletal system, so it is also suitable for people who have no experience with sports. We practice without shoes. |
