PRACTICAL:
- Stress management techniques to help you reduce stress before, during or after a difficult situation.
- Stop technique for changing automatic unhelpful behaviour (e.g. procrastination) and thoughts (self-doubt, perfectionistic tendencies, etc.)
- Techniques for conscious attention „here and now“, which helps also in cases of panic attacks.
- Breathing techniques to calm down. Conscious work with grounding.
- Release of acute and long-term tension using conscious movement of the body.
- Visualization for the development and anchoring of feelings of safety
LECTURER:
Lukáš Kučera: Originally a graduate of the Faculty of Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering. For the last 15 years, lecturer, facilitator, counsellor and personal development guide, giving seminars on the topics of stress management and more. 3-year Somatic Experience training focused on working with stress, trauma and the regulation of our nervous system, 5-year Integrative Body Oriented Psychotherapy. Under the MFF of the UK, he regularly conducts seminars for students, groups for students with special needs and also provides therapeutic counselling.
