My research focuses on innovative two-dimensional (2D) materials, technologically significant semiconductors, and their applications in radiation detection and quantum technologies. Key areas of interest include graphene, silicon carbide, organic semiconductors on graphene, and perovskites. By employing cutting-edge nanotechnology and advanced techniques in optics, optoelectronics, and magneto-optics, I explore the unique properties and potential of these materials.
