Head of the Department of Macromolecular Physics

Qualification requirements: Habilitation or full professor title in Physics, outstanding publication activity in impacted journals, teaching experience in the areas of interest for the department, ability to coordinate the activities of the department, and a strong motivation for leading the department in a dynamic and proportional development.

Expected starting date: Preferably on July 1, 2020.

School of Mathematics

Head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis

ID of the position: 202004-VED-KMA

Qualification requirements: Habilitation or full professor title in Mathematics, outstanding publication activity in impacted journals, teaching experience in the areas of interest for the department, ability to coordinate the activities of the department, and a strong motivation for leading the department in a dynamic and proportional development. Fluent command of Czech language is required.

Expected starting date: Preferably on July 1, 2020.

Director of the Mathematical Institute of Charles University

ID of the position: 202004-VED-MUUK

Qualification requirements: Habilitation or full professor title in Mathematics, outstanding publication activity in impacted journals, teaching experience in the areas of interest for the department, ability to coordinate the activities of the department, and a strong motivation for leading the department in a dynamic and proportional development. Fluent command of Czech language is required.

Expected starting date: Preferably on July 1, 2020.

• a motivation letter including an outline of the development of the department for the next at least 4 years

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. In well-justified cases, the interview can be held remotely. The shortlisted candidates may also be invited to give a public lecture.
