Software Optimisation
The Optimisation software is a comprehensive software product consisting of the PIP Preliminary Portal in normal and crisis mode. The crisis mode contains a sub-procedure that gathers the supply and demand of actors for a given time interval and proposes their optimal implementation based on discrete optimization methods. The implementation is a complex output containing a time and financial plan. Actors may reject parts of the implementation. In that case, Optimization fixes part of it and modifies the rest incrementally. This is essential for the mass synchronous realization of the actors' offers and demands. The portal also uses the Navigation software, which is a separate result.
