On weekdays from 8.50am to 4pm (Friday to 3pm) the SISAL staff provide troubleshooting services regarding acute problems with the
- building's backbone network
- computer laboratories
- teaching technique in the lecture-rooms.
On working days from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (on Fridays until 3:00 p.m.) shall be immediately reported malfunctions that prevent teaching to the support hotline:
- Impakt building: support hotline 2999
- Mala Strana building: support hotline 4333
Other SW/HW related defects and comments, write to UK ServiceDesk:
- Report IT problems in the PC classrooms and on the network via the form: "I have a problem with the computer technology in the building"
- Report AV equipment faults via the form: "I have a problem with the AV equipment in the building"
