Network and Labs Management Center
The center manages the organizational and technical aspects of the operation of the network of the School of Informatics, i.e. the building on the Malá Strana and the IMPAKT pavilion, student computer laboratories and classrooms equipped with IT in these buildings. In Malá Strana, it also manages the AV technology.
On working days from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (on Fridays until 3:00 p.m.) shall be immediately reported malfunctions that prevent teaching to the support hotline:.

- Mala Strana building: support hotline 4333
Other SW/HW related defects and comments, write to UK ServiceDesk:
- Report IT problems in the PC classrooms and on the network via the form: "I have a problem with the computer technology in the building"
- Report AV equipment faults via the form: "I have a problem with the AV equipment in the building"
The secretariat is located in room 402 in the Malá Strana building.
