Student fee – further documents approving student status may be required .
Eligible for student fee is a PHD student or master's degree, under 30 years of age.

Payment

The Symposium fee is to be paid by a bank transfer. The reference number will be provided to each participant individually via e-mail. Please transfer funds free of charges for the beneficiary.

MECASENS 2021 - Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Until 31^st October 2021 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From 1^st November 2021 until 24^th November 2021 – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
From 25^th November 2021 no refund can be processed.

No refunds will be given for registrations and ticketed events for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the conference MECASENS 2021.

All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to the Secretariat of the MECASENS 2021 using registration@mecasens2020.org and cannot be done over the phone.

Requests for refunds made after 25^th November 2021 will not be considered.

For any change of name a fee of 25 EUR will be charged.

All refund will be made after the end of the conference.
