On-site oral presentation
| Plenary lecture | 45 min + 10 min for discussion |

| Other contributions | 15 min + 5 min for discussion |
Only contributions presented by their authors may be included in the program of the Symposium.
The lecture room is equipped with an MS PowerPoint equipped data projection facility and a laser pointer. The lecturers demanding another technique are kindly asked to contact the Organizing Committee in advance.
On-site poster session
The size of the poster boards available is 950 mm wide and 1500 mm high.
The recommended poster size is A0 oriented in the portrait style.
Posters must be manned during the Poster Presentation Session.
Virtual presentations
The virtual part of the MECASENS 2021 will be held on Zoom platform. The presenters will have the opportunity to take advantage of all Zoom Meetings features, including Breakout Rooms. All authors will get a closer information about the requirements for their presentation at the end of October. Each session will have technical support and the presenters will be provided with assistance in running their presentations. The presentations will be stored and shared on the conference server, accessible exclusively to the attendees.
