Help Line (Every Thursday from 17:00 to 18:00)
The Help Line is one of the ways to seek help during challenging life situations. Experienced psychologist Michaela Pacáková will be available on the phone or email for one hour every week. You can contact her in case of an urgent situation or if you prefer to remain anonymous. The aim of the service is to provide immediate help if needed or to identify how the faculty can help you at the moment. In exceptional circumstances, it is possible to arrange a consultation outside of this time frame.
How do I know if I should call?
The topics of the calls can be various, every difficulty is different. Sometimes it concerns emotional and mental issues, other times it is related to relationship or academic problems. Anything that burdens you can be a reason to call or write. It is easier to call or write than to face problems alone.
When can I call the Help Line?
The service will be provided every Thursday from 17:00 to 18:00. Only one call can be handled at a time.
Do I have to give my name?
The contact can be anonymous. Calls will not be recorded, only the caller's number will be displayed.
Is there a charge for the call?
The consultation is provided free of charge, and you only pay for the call according to your operator's tariff.
