The Elections to the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics

Basic information
Date of the elections: 25. 11. 2025 – 27. 11. 2025

The academic staff elects 16 senators to the Chamber of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University for the period from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2029.
Candidate proposals
Candidate proposals should be sent to the Chairman of the Election Commission by Tuesday 18 November 2025. Candidates can send election theses in Czech and English by the same date.

Election process
The elections will be held electronically.
Up to six candidates will be possible to elect on the Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics candidate list. A maximum of two candidates may be elected on the Others candidate list.
Problems with the election application can be addressed to the email address of the Chairman of the Election Commission.
The official election results will be posted on Friday, November 28, 2025.
