Rules for referees for the Week of Doctoral Students conference

      Thank you for your kind volunteering for Proceedings of Week of Doctoral Students. Your review would answer following questions:

1. Are there new scientific results or ideas?
2. Are the results well described and documented?
3. Are the figures clear and readable (when sized for the publication)?
4. Are all references in the article listed in the reference list?
5. Is the abstract comprehensible, accurate, and summarizes the contents of the paper?
6. Does the author give proper credit to related work?

In addition to these standard requirements, we would like to ask you for a special attention to the English of the paper. All comments and suggestions in this respect would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to issue the Proceedings as soon as possible and your suggestions will accelerate the evaluation of the paper.
